About Atisco Ltd – Who We Are, What We Do, and Where We're Going

Atisco Ltd is a forward-thinking talent development and workforce solutions company, uniquely positioned at the intersection of advanced semiconductor technology and global logistics. We were founded with a single, ambitious mission: to close the growing skills gap in the semiconductor industry by building the most practical, hands-on training ecosystem in the world. We are not a traditional recruitment agency. We do not simply match resumes to job descriptions. Instead, we identify potential, deliver world-class technical training, and place job-ready professionals into high-demand roles across engineering, material science, physics, cleanroom operations, and manufacturing. Headquartered in the dynamic, strategically significant city of Misawa, Japan, we leverage our unique location—home to a major international technology and defense community—to create training environments that are as real as they get.

04.

Step 4: Placement & Growth

Graduates are placed into roles with ongoing support, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement.

Why We Train (And Not Just Recruit)

The semiconductor industry evolves faster than traditional education. Universities teach fundamentals but rarely provide hands-on experience with the specific tools, processes, and quality standards used in real fabs.

We exist to fill that gap.

  • For individuals: You gain marketable skills, real experience, and a clear career path.

  • For employers: You get job-ready professionals who contribute from day one.

  • For the industry: We reduce the talent shortage and accelerate innovation.

The 5 In-Demand Semiconductor Roles We Prioritize

  1. Process Engineer – Builds and refines wafer processes (lithography, etch, deposition, CMP)

  2. Design Engineer – Turns product requirements into manufacturable ICs (VLSI, CAD, Verilog/VHDL)

  3. Test Engineer – Proves devices work and survive real-world stress (ATE, Python, LabVIEW)

  4. Equipment Engineer – Keeps fab tools running safely and efficiently (uptime, MTBF, OEE)

  5. Materials Scientist – Works on silicon, silicon carbide, gallium nitride, and thin films (XRD, SEM, AFM)
